Amber Denney

DenneyAmber Denney  was born and raised in Michigan. Ms. Denney continued to pursue her education and completed her B.A. in Business Management graduating Magna Cum Laude from Northwood University in 2019. Ms. Denney has worked in engineering for a GM supplier, and as an assistant to the CEO of a local government agency. Ms. Denney joins the Public Defender's Office as a clerk and technical support and attributes her computer skills to her dad. 

Ms. Denney is an active member of the employee led Ingham County Cultural Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, serves as the Continuing Education Coordinator for Ingham County's Safe Space Advocates Program, and helped to start a Racial Equity Education Group in the Public Defender's Office. She was also appointed to the Ingham County Racial Equity Taskforce and serves as the Resources Subcommittee Chair.
